Mamadou Babacar Diop
Founder of VNGPS
Mamadou received his Master's Degree at UCAD, Senegal for Arts and English Literature. He teaches both English and French to high school students preparing for their university entrance exams. He also attended Marakesh Organic Permaculture Center.
Erik Endacott
On-Site Manager
Erik attended Iowa State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Agronomy. In September 2019, he flew to Senegal to teach agriculture for the Peace Corps as a volunteer but was evacuated to the U.S. in March 2020 due to the outbreak of Covid-19. He returned to Senegal in early 2021. Since then, he has joined Rotary as a member of the Fallon, NV club, and is the on-site manager of the project along with Mamadou.
There are many other members of VNGPS, including community leaders, villages elders, and volunteers.
